Closing Out Q3: A Season of Alignment, Breakthroughs, and Bold Faith

As we close out the third quarter of the year, I am reminded of how faithful God is in every season

even the ones that feel quieter, slower, or hidden. Q3 wasn’t about rushing or constantly producing; it was about alignment, stillness, and preparation. It was about pruning the unnecessary so that new growth could flourish.

Whether these past three months unfolded the way you hoped or stretched you in unexpected ways, remember this truth: “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1). Q3 may have felt like preparation in the soil, but preparation is just as important as harvest.

At Empowered Path Coaching, I believe every season is an invitation to walk in deeper faith, take intentional action, and trust that God’s plan is unfolding even when it doesn’t look like we imagined.

Why Empowered Path Coaching Exists

Empowered Path Coaching was created to serve single moms, professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs who desire more than survival, they desire to thrive. I know the weight of exhaustion, self-doubt, and invisibility. I also know the immeasurable strength and resilience God has placed in you.

Q3 reminded me that even when progress isn’t public, God is still working privately. Just as “faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1), your unseen growth matters. Empowered Path Coaching exists to help you nurture that growth and walk boldly in the life God has designed for you.

My Journey This Quarter

This quarter was about listening more than doing. God pressed on my heart the importance of alignment, of pausing, reflecting, and making space for what He is building. In that stillness, He gave me vision for what’s ahead.

• I launched my 30-day devotional, a project designed to help men and women trust God more deeply in their daily journey. This was a dream placed in my spirit, and seeing it come to life reminded me of Habakkuk 2:3: “Though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”

• I continued building the Trusting the Journey Podcast, a space for healing conversations, faith-filled encouragement, and testimonies of God’s goodness. Each episode reminds me of the power of words to uplift, inspire, and transform.

• I leaned deeper into preparation for future opportunities in speaking, writing, and coaching trusting that what I’m sowing now will yield a harvest in due time.

Q3 showed me that it’s okay when growth is quiet. God often works in silence before He reveals the miracle.

Q3 may have been quieter, but it was not wasted. It was a season of sowing, strengthening, and preparing. Now, as we step into Q4, the final quarter of this year, I challenge you to enter with faith and focus.

The months ahead are about:

• Execution – Finishing what was started.

• Expansion – Embracing new doors God is opening.

• Completion – Walking into the end of this year with peace and purpose.
