Celebrating 3 Years of Reflection, Growth, and Divine Alignment

Three years ago, Protected & Paid was more than a blog, it was a declaration. A faith-fueled promise to rise, to heal, and to inspire others to walk boldly in their divine purpose while protecting their peace and knowing their worth. Today, as we celebrate the third anniversary of this space, I want to pause not just to reflect, but to give thanks. To God, for His unwavering presence. To every reader, supporter, and believer who has journeyed with me. And to the woman I was when this began the one who dared to believe that her story, her scars, and her faith could light the way for others.

The Journey: From Survival to Sacred Alignment

Three years ago, I didn't know where to begin but I was still healing. Still unlearning patterns of struggle, scarcity, and self-doubt. Still teaching myself that being protected meant more than isolation, it meant divine covering. It meant learning to set boundaries without guilt and to rest without apology. It also meant redefining what it means to be paid. For me, “paid” has always symbolized more than money. It’s the spiritual, emotional, and mental compensation that comes when you live in alignment with your purpose. Every testimony, every coaching session, every breakthrough shared in this community has been proof that abundance follows obedience.

Over these three years, Protected & Paid has evolved into more than a message. It’s become a movement one rooted in faith, feminine power, and radical self-belief that was able to reach over 13 countries and 22 states.

Reflection: The Wisdom of the Wait

If this year has taught me anything, it’s that divine timing is real. There have been seasons of silence, of pruning, of necessary endings. And yet, every waiting season carried wisdom. Every delay had a divine purpose. Many of us are in that Q4 space, the “almost there” phase where reflection and rest meet ambition. But hear me clearly: slowing down is not quitting. Reflection is not regression. This season is about refining. God often does His greatest work in the stillness when we release control, surrender the outcome, and choose peace over pressure.

Holding Space for Self in a World That Pulls

One of the greatest lessons these past three years have taught me is the importance of holding space for yourself. The world will constantly demand your attention — your work, your family, your goals but your soul also deserves your presence. In this final stretch of the year, I challenge you to make self-preservation sacred again.✨ Journal to release what you’ve outgrown.✨ Meditate and commune with God in stillness.✨ Nourish your body, mind, and spirit with rest and gratitude.✨ Reflect not just on what you’ve accomplished, but on who you’ve become.

Because when you learn to hold space for yourself, you give others permission to do the same. That’s leadership. That’s legacy.

Leading by Example: The Mission Continues

As we enter the next chapter, my prayer is that Protected & Paid continues to serve as a beacon of hope for those on their own healing and faith journeys. This community was built to remind you that you are never too broken to rebuild, never too far to return, and never too late to rise again.

To the single mothers, the dreamers, the believers, the ones rebuilding their confidence and redefining success please keep going. You are seen. You are chosen. You are covered.

I’ve learned that the key to sustainable success is spiritual alignment. You cannot be paid if you are not protected and you cannot be protected if you are disconnected from God’s plan for your life. When you move from a place of faith and self-worth, every door meant for you will open in divine timing.

Looking Ahead: 2026 and Beyond

As we prepare for a new year with 2 more months left in 2025, let’s carry this truth forward: Balance is the new success. We are no longer chasing validation. We are creating peace, building legacy, and walking with purpose.

Protected & Paid is evolving; expanding into new courses, books, and opportunities that will continue to empower others to walk in faith, heal from within, and embrace abundance unapologetically. I see this next year as the manifestation of everything sown in obedience and perseverance. To everyone who has journeyed with me, your presence means more than words. You are a part of this legacy. Together, we’ve built something that reminds the world: faith is the foundation, and alignment is the reward.

Final Reflection

As we celebrate three years of Protected & Paid, I leave you with this truth:

You are not behind. You are being prepared. You are not losing. You are being refined. You are not waiting in vain. You are waiting in alignment.

May the rest of this year bring restoration, clarity, and divine recompense. May your next season be overflowing with peace, purpose, and pay.

Here’s to three years down, a lifetime to go. Protected. Paid. Purposeful. And walking in divine favor.

With love and gratitude,

Sheema W.
