Hey Protected Babes,
It's been a full month since my last blog post. I pray all is well with you all. Let me tell you Protected babes what has been going on with me. Your girl has been saying yes to more opportunities that's aligned with her purpose and saying NO to all people, places and things that are not in alignment with my goals.
First let me start by saying, I am still full from September 28th. I am a Co-Founder of a Faith based women empowerment community Win Women Empowerment. We just had our second annual brunch/conference in Philadelphia. When I tell you, that room was filled with so many powerful inspiring women who are collectively winning in their own right while helping others scale, soar and succeed. This is what true empowerment is. Within the community some of the ladies including myself came together to write an anthology that will be released soon. A pre-released was done at the brunch and within 24 hours my co-authors and I received news that we had reached #6 on Amazon bestsellers list out of 44,094. My GOD.
I had the opportunity to be a VIP speaker at the brunch, which just so happen to be my very first speaking engagement with many more to come. When I tell you the way GOD led me, I was able to get on stage and speak to 100 women about what true empowerment means to me. Stepping outside of my comfort zone allowed me to show up in a way I never imagined myself doing. Showing up for myself showed me strength that I was unaware of, my investment within myself and the courage needed to remind the future generations to come that their voices and stories also matter. Sitting in the audience listening to all of the other phenomenal speakers left me felling empowered. When you are in rooms with GOD led women the atmosphere always shifts.
From my last blog post "Living From Within" I have been doing exactly that and allowing GOD to led my steps. Protected babes, it's time for you to do the same. We are now in Q4. The last quarter for the year. Although it may be the last quarter you can use this as your advantage and start empowering you. We have 91 days left in 2024. A lot can change in 91 days if you take action now. Empowering yourself is a journey that involves self-awareness, action, goals and growth. Now you guys know I wouldn't leave you without giving you some tips on how to maximize the next 3 months:
Set clear goals: Define what you want to achieve in various areas of your life. Break these goals into smaller, manageable steps. (Philippians 3:14, Proverbs 21:5, Proverbs 3:5-6, Proverbs 16:9, Habakkuk 2:2-3)
Cultivate Self-Awareness: Reflect on your strengths, weaknesses, values and beliefs. Journaling or mediation can help deepen this understanding. (Isaiah 40:29-31, 1 Chronicles 16:11, Habakkuk 3:19, 1 Corinthians 16:13, Ephesians 2:10)
Educate Yourself: Knowledge is power. Read books, listen to podcast, take courses, or seek mentorship to gain new skills and perspectives. (Jeremiah 29:11, Proverbs 22:6, James 1:12, Philippians 1:6, Philippians 4:13)
Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself, especially during setbacks. Recognize that growth is a process. (Colossians 3:12, Psalm 139:14, Ephesians 4:32, 1 Peter 3:8)
Surround Yourself with Positivity: Build a support network of encouraging and inspiring people who uplift you. (1 Corinthians 12:12–27, Colossians 3:14, Psalm 133:1, Ephesians 4:3, Ephesians 4:11-13)
Take action: Start small, but take consistent steps towards your goals. Action builds confidence and momentum. (Ezra 10:4, Hebrews 11:7-16, Proverbs 14:23, Proverbs 16:3)
Embrace Change: Be open to new experiences and opportunities. Flexibility can lead to personal growth. (2 Corinthians 5:17, Romans 12:2, Deuteronomy 31:6, Ecclesiastes 3:1, Isaiah 43:19)
As always I pray that this information helps you in one or more areas. Remember to stay in prayer, stay in peace, stay intentional, but most importantly stay Protected & Paid. Kindly remember to share Protected & Paid blog with your Family and Friends. You never know who it can bless.
