Hey Protected babes,
I pray that this new month will be yet another successful month that GOD will bring us through. With ups and downs, we still have a reason to be grateful. We have learned new lessons from last month and will have new opportunities to engage in this month. Pray over your month. Speak life into yourself. Remember your purpose.
Today is July1st, which mean we are officially in Q3. This is the perfect time to do an analysis over your past 3 months. Affirm over yourself, your career, your business, your sales that Q3 will be productive. Q3 is the perfect time to reflect on our goals, reset our priorities, and increase our productivity. As an individual juggling multiple responsibilities, planning for a productive Q3 open up opportunities for me to continue to scale, soar, and succeed.
Being able to reflect and evaluate over the first half of the year allows you to review your accomplishments, challenges, and any unfilled goals. Take a moment and ask yourself: Over the past 6 months what worked well for you? Explore the areas that didn't work out as planned and see what changes need to be made. Just because it didn't work in the past 6 months doesn't mean it won't work in your favor. Figure out what adjustments you can make moving forward. Always evaluate your progress. This provides insight that will be imperative to finishing Q3 strong.
Gaining a clear understanding of what your performance was in Q1 & Q2 you will be able to set clear and specific goals. Remember I spoke about SMART goals in the past. SMART goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. Protected babes, please avoid putting overwhelming stress onto you. Break your goals down into smaller target areas that will allow you to stay motivated without becoming overwhelmed. With your goals in mind be sure that you are prioritizing your tasks. It's essential to prioritize your to do list effectively. Identify the most important task that align with your day. Put your focus on completing these task first. As for me, I know I'm a morning person and I can get a full day of work done between the hours of 7AM - 11AM. That's the time I work on my top priority task for the day. Find out what time of the day you are the most focused and plan your priority task around those times, so you will be able to execute those task. Let me be honest as a mom, finding balance between work, business and personal life seem to be almost impossible at times. This is where your boundaries will come into place. Create dedicated blocks of your time for your task. Communicate your boundaries. Through it all don't forget to block off time for self-care.
While you are prioritizing your task allow yourself to create a detailed action plan. I still use pen and paper to write down my daily to do list. If you have a white board at home or in office it's time to put it to use. If you don't that's also okay. Just utilize something that will help you keep track of completing task. With today being forward thinking with technology use that as leverage. Explore different task management apps, social media scheduling platforms and automation tools that align specifically to your needs. I find when I cross task off my life I instantly feel a sense of joy because I got something accomplished off my list. Protected babes, remember to make it your own. Make it personal and make it fun. Do what you love. Do what gives you energy. Most importantly do what makes sense to you and what is going to get you that much closer to what you pray about silently with GOD.
Q3 is all about sitting back to asses where our life is headed. Looking at our goals and gaining an understanding on why we need them, what made us create these goals, how we are doing so far, what needs to be improved and to ensure our priorities are straight will help us align with our assignments. Protected babes, remember to focus, be intentional, pray, meditate and take action.
Below are scriptures that you can meditate on to help you accomplish your goals, co-create with GOD, receive help with your assignment, but always remember it's YOU vs. YOU:
Isaiah 60:1
Habakkuk 2:14
Matthew 7:7-8
As always I pray that this information helps you in one or more areas. Remember to stay in prayer, stay in peace, stay intentional, but most importantly stay Protected & Paid. Kindly remember to share Protected & Paid blog with your Family and Friends. You never know who it can bless.
